Job Summary
Enhance operational efficiency by identifying, prioritizing, and leading continuous improvement and cost-savings projects through lean methodologies and metrics. Provide end-to-end visibility of North America Supply Chain key processes, design supply cost driver analysis programs, and manage a three-year project portfolio for Cost-to-Win and Transportation Optimization activities. Train and coach transportation associates on optimization philosophies, facilitate cross-site activities, and ensure regulatory and business compliance for Cost-to-Win projects. Collaborate with external vendor partners to drive joint initiatives and deploy End-to-End Optimization standard methodologies across distribution centers. Maintain metrics to track project effectiveness and sustain improvements through coaching, while keeping current with technology developments impacting company supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of supply chain experience
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- CSCP certification preferred
