Senior Analyst,Transfer Agency (Registration)

Manage original documentation received into Transfer Agency, including recording receipt, scanning, and coordinating investor mailings while ensuring adherence to GDPR and data protection requirements. Perform day-to-day processing work, quality checks, and assurance for client, investor, and agent documentation, overseeing workflow queue management and analysis where required. Arrive at original documentation archiving or destruction to meet regulatory mandates, maintain procedures following change control, and identify optimization opportunities for implementation. Support junior team members by checking and validating their work, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties controls are in place, and acting as a point of escalation for India partners. Achieve monthly KPIs while complying with the regulatory regime and exercising due care and diligence in all duties.
