Job Summary
Operate under general supervision while prioritizing day-to-day tasks, specifically managing FATCA & CRS related activities and serving as the first point of reference for technical queries. Act as a liaison to related areas, carrying out complex, high-profile activities that involve direct interaction with committees and senior management. Maintain and implement policies and procedures within the function, leveraging strong analytical, consultative, and judgment skills to build expertise in the field. Lead projects and train lower-level staff as needed, ensuring accurate delivery of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, finance, and investor services.
Required Qualifications
- Good project management and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of the firm, the industry and technology
- Sound knowledge of Transfer Agency duties
- Experience in a similar role or equivalent for at least 3 years
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Good understanding MS Office
- Attention to detail and focus on quality (working with accuracy)
- Excellent analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills
