Senior Analyst, Trade Settlements (NA Shifts)

Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Investment Operations Outsourcing (IOO), Market Operations, responsible for independently executing and overseeing trade lifecycle activities across equities, fixed income, FX, and related asset classes, ensuring timely and accurate settlements and proactively mitigating operational risks. Tasks include prematching, confirmation, settlement, and post‐settlement processing from confirmation through settlement; matching trade details with brokers, custodians, and counterparties; investigating and resolving trade and cash breaks; mitigating settlement and counterparty risk; providing guidance to Analysts; ensuring adherence to SOPs, DPAD documentation, and regulatory standards; supporting internal controls, governance, and audit readiness; performing ledger postings, identifying recurring issues, supporting automation initiatives, and providing training and day‐to‐day coaching to team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in banking or investment operations, with exposure to Trade, Cash, FX, or Settlements
- Strong working knowledge of trade and forex lifecycle processes, settlement cycles, and cash flows
- Familiarity with settlement and market infrastructure platforms such as SWIFT, CLS, DTCC, Euroclear, CREST, or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to support North America shifts (7:30 PM or 10:30 PM IST)
- Internal minimum 2+ years in the current role as Analyst or lateral role with 1+ years of experience
