Job Summary
Senior Total Rewards Analyst responsible for delivering advanced analytics, insights, and recommendations that shape the organization’s Total Rewards strategy. Serves as a trusted analytical partner to HR leadership, providing expertise across compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and compliance while translating complex workforce and rewards data into actionable insights. Leads HR and Total Rewards reporting, benchmarking, and dashboarding; supports market pricing and job architecture decisions; ensures data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance across all Total Rewards programs. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR dashboards, delivering recurring and adhoc analytics, defining reporting standards and data governance, translating data into executives-ready insights, auditing data accuracy, participating in external compensation surveys, conducting market pricing analyses, supporting job architecture and pay equity efforts, modeling and analyzing merit/variable compensation programs, administering benefits programs, delivering employee education sessions, supporting wellness initiatives, overseeing annual employee pulse surveys, and ensuring HR compliance with regulatory requirements. Base pay range: $95,000—$105,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Experience leading HR or Total Rewards dashboards, reporting, and analytics
- Understanding of compensation principles including market pricing, benchmarking, job architecture, and pay equity analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, basic modeling)
- Experience with HRIS and people analytics systems (e.g., ADP, Lattice, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to present data to non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail with focus on compliance, data integrity, confidentiality
- Working knowledge of labor laws, benefits regulations, and HR compliance and reporting practices
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or related function
