Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Technology Operations and Service responsible for leading AI initiatives, developing and maintaining automations, agents, and dashboards; designing and delivering Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps) to improve safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in the Gas Business. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver training, monitor performance, and ensure governance and risk controls, while integrating AI into workflows and building databases, SharePoint sites, and related applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Familiar with AI and machine learning tools
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools
- Familiar with Azure platform and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- 2+ years of experience
