Job Summary
Provide end-to-end production support for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway environments; monitor and resolve file transfer failures across SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTP/S; troubleshoot BP/service errors and routing issues using logs, thread dumps, and network traces; track and ensure accurate processing of EDI transactions and file exchanges with trading partners; participate in system upgrades, patching, and migration activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and changes; maintain process documentation, configurations, and operational standards; provide rotational/shift support during critical incidents and go-live activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
- Proven experience in production support for B2B/EDI integrations
- Experience working in global or onshore–offshore team environments
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing domains (preferred)
- Strong expertise in Sterling B2B Integrator & File Gateway architecture, including BPML, maps, adapters, and services
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities (logs, trace files, queues, and error handling)
- Solid understanding of file transfer protocols and security concepts (SSL, PGP, SSH keys)
- Working knowledge of basic networking principles
- Basic proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and incident management workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
