Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Tax responsible for expatriate/global mobility tax services, including processing tax payments accurately and timely, collecting payments from assignees, delivering year-end data to payroll and tax providers, documenting and maintaining SOPs, ensuring tax practices comply with policies and regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external providers, responding to employee tax inquiries with high service levels, and supporting tax-related projects. Must have knowledge of global mobility tax administration, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tax payment and collections
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, highly collaborative cross-functional environment
