Job Summary
Conduct sales force effectiveness projects including field force sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning, incentive compensation analytics, and dashboard reporting for pharma clients. Develop SQL queries based on business rules and build Tableau dashboards defined by specific KPIs. Facilitate data-enabled decision making by communicating insights derived from triangulating commercial datasets such as patient claims, Rx, SP, SD, and CRM data. Collaborate with onshore teams to guide project activities, delegate tasks, and manage end-to-end engagements while maintaining process assets and mentoring junior members. Work 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma - Life Sciences academic background or B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME - Engineering academic background
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in Sales force effectiveness, IC Analytics & dashboard Reporting
- Strong Tableau, SQL, Excel, MS-Office skills- PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred working experience with life sciences clients and sales force effectiveness
