Job Summary
Senior Analyst: Systems & Reporting supports Marketing and Communications - Scheduling with rigorous data analysis and reporting across English-language services, performs user acceptance testing for system modifications, and assists with licensing compliance tracking and diverse reporting requirements using tools like Cognos, WideOrbit, Amagi, and Avatega. The role requires coordinating with IT, preparing reports for multiple departments, tracking audio royalty payments (SOCAN, Re-Sound, CMRRA), and ensuring license conditions are met while handling multiple priorities in a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
- Five years of relevant experience in a related field, preferably broadcast environment
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- In-depth expertise with Cognos Business Warehouse, WideOrbit, Amagi, Avatega, and related reporting tools
- Working knowledge of database management, client/server and database application programming
