Job Summary
Senior Analyst in DTC Subscriber Growth & Monetization focused on Disney+ International: responsible for modeling subscriber growth, developing and tracking KPIs to drive execution, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing influential presentations. Collaborates with regional and centralized DTC teams (marketing, product, content, data) to incorporate latest initiatives and trends into forecast models, evaluate impact of content/product and external factors, and communicate projections, drivers, and risks to leadership. Supports strategic recommendations for new initiatives and structures partnerships to maximize net subscriber growth and operating income, while working with multiple stakeholders and maintaining disciplined, data-driven analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in media, tech, strategy, business planning, management consulting, or investment banking/private equity
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Economics or similar analytical field
- Strong Excel-based business modeling skills and ability to analyze large data sets to drive decision making
- Experience modeling subscription or recurring-revenue businesses is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (PowerPoint proficiency) and ability to simplify complex topics for executive audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment with multiple stakeholders
- Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and work under pressure
- Self-motivated and comfortable working without mentorship in a fast-growing environment with multiple partners
- Interest in media industry, international business, and content
- Familiarity with global, large organizations is a plus
- Experience/knowledge of international business is a plus
