Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, synthesizing performance, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights while maintaining high-quality analysis and timely delivery. Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts to build capability in credit, data discipline, and tooling. Drive consistency and scalability by codifying standard work, proposing lightweight automations, and creating reusable assets to strengthen trusted, repeatable insights. Operate alongside AI agents in recurring workflows, preparing inputs, reconciling metrics, and validating outputs using analytical judgement to ensure adherence to methodologies and evidentiary standards. Engage with external parties to craft client-ready narratives that translate complex data into clear stories, advising on issues within clear parameters while upholding rigorous data governance and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Specialized experience in ABS, RMBS, and Corporate Securitisations
