Senior Analyst Structured Finance

Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits in structured finance, overseeing surveillance, updates, and model maintenance to ensure high-quality analysis and timely delivery. Synthesize performance data, market signals, and peer context into decision-useful insights while preparing client and executive-ready narratives that translate complex research into clear stories. Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts, building capability in credit discipline and tooling while codifying standard work to drive consistency and scalability. Embed responsible AI use by creating reusable assets, proposing lightweight automations, and operating alongside AI agents in recurring workflows with structured validation. Partner with senior team members and Data/Engineering to identify and scale AI/automation use cases with governance-by-design, ensuring adherence to methodology and data standards.
