Job Summary
Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance for assigned structured finance credits, synthesizing portfolio performance and market signals into decision-ready insights for rating committees. Guide and coach junior analysts on credit analysis and data discipline while creating reusable analytical assets to strengthen team productivity. Embed and validate generative AI tools within workflows, maintaining human accountability for all conclusions and risk judgments. Engage with external stakeholders to translate complex data into evidence-based narratives for clients, preparing well-structured committee materials and communicating accessible content to market participants. Apply strict methodology and data governance requirements consistently, escalating issues early with clear recommendations to protect analytical integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience analyzing securitized products, fund structures, or related structured finance instruments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality analytical work across multiple credits with limited oversight
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- Ability to influence through credibility and constructive engagement
- Demonstrated credit, financial, and risk analysis skills
- Ability to link fundamental drivers to forward-looking risk views
- Practical experience embedding generative AI or large language model tools into professional workflows
- Proficiency in analytical and spreadsheet tools
- Willingness to develop skills in data and automation platforms
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical content into concise, evidence-based narratives for senior stakeholders and rating committees
- High standards for analytical quality, traceability, and governance
- Sound judgment on the responsible use of AI tools in a controlled environment
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to automation workflow design and testing
- Clear judgment on which analytical decisions require human oversight
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in structured finance, credit analysis, or a related financial field
- Ability to attend at least one in-person interview
- Minimum of two days per week in-office work
