Job Summary
Join the CommEx team as a Senior Analyst, responsible for maximizing business performance through data visualization and analysis related to sales and operational activities. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify and resolve potential issues in commercial activities and develop solutions. Key responsibilities include hypothesis testing using extensive datasets, providing timely and accurate data for business decision-making, and creating intuitive dashboards. You will manage the development and improvement of internal systems like Salesforce.com, taking charge of project planning and execution for cross-departmental initiatives including data integration and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Practical experience in data aggregation and analysis using Excel (functions, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to create meeting materials and manuals using PowerPoint
- Experience managing the full cycle of meeting operations, including agenda creation and progress monitoring
- Experience leading project planning, schedule management, and issue/quality management in consulting or business environments
- Business-level Japanese and English (minimum conversational level acceptable with a willingness to learn)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt positively in a rapidly changing environment
- A learning mindset with the initiative to tackle unfamiliar tasks with support from others
- Experience fostering a psychologically safe organizational culture
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI for dashboard development
- Problem-solving skills
- High communication skills for identifying and solving problems with various stakeholders
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
