Job Summary
Conduct competitive sourcing and contract negotiations for low to medium risk/value projects involving direct and indirect commodities, while managing the full lifecycle of small to medium sourcing initiatives. Analyze market data, perform cost benefit analyses, and develop dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to identify trends and recommend solutions that support annual financial goals. Draft RFPs, RFIs, and contract amendments in collaboration with legal and sourcing managers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Pre-qualify suppliers, review product specifications, and negotiate optimal terms and conditions to drive cost reductions and maintain vendor service levels. Support the Strategic Sourcing division in obtaining cost savings and enhanced customer service within Trinity Health's supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with major course work in business, supply chain management, or data science
- At least 5 (five) years of sourcing experience
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience
