Job Summary

Construct schedules of contracts, review supplier departures, and liaise with legal to support the Procurement team in the Asia Pacific Region. Facilitate contract requests via a centralized register, prioritize workload, and monitor expiring contracts to identify resourcing needs. Develop key tools and resources, maintain accurate records of correspondence, and escalate priority issues following up where necessary. Manage multiple competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail while communicating effectively with suppliers, internal customers, and management.
