Senior Analyst - SG&A FP&A

Senior Analyst – SG&A FP&A based in Broomfield, CO (or company-approved remote locations) will partner with resort and corporate leaders to deliver data-driven insights through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decisions, capital planning, and performance management. Responsibilities include supporting budgeting/forecasting processes, producing analyses and reporting packages for senior leaders, leading P&L and capital budgeting/forecasting exercises, and driving a culture of results and leadership development within the FP&A team. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, sharp financial analysis, and clear communication of financial implications to executives. The position offers a starting wage of $80,000-$95,000 plus an annual bonus, a hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence required Tue–Thu near the Broomfield office and remote options for eligible locations, and a total compensation approach.
