Job Summary
Senior Analyst / Senior Associate focused on Investments Portfolio Management in Real Assets. Build and maintain the company’s corporate model for multiple funds and non-traded REITs; create complex financial analyses for business planning, new product launches, and strategic transactions; monitor REIT and bond/equity markets to inform strategies; assist with liquidity analysis, capital needs, and valuations; prepare quantitative/qualitative analyses and board materials; coordinate with asset managers, accounting, tax, legal, and banks; demonstrate strong Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and time-management skills;Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate consulting; NYC-based role with base salary $150k–$175k plus discretionary bonus.
