Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Sales Operations responsible for creating reports and dashboards of sales force performance, targeting and segmentation planning, and collaborating across Marketing and Finance to provide operational analytics. Requires data manipulation, validation, cross-functional communication, and advanced Excel with analytics tooling (PowerBI/Tableau/Alteryx). Role emphasizes reporting accuracy, process documentation, and support for CRM/web/mobile data usage; strong emphasis on data-driven decision support and ability to manage multiple projects with urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related area
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and Excel
- Preference for experience with Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or SQL
- Familiarity with syndicated subnational data sources (IQVIA XPO & DDD, IRI) and internal data sources (chargebacks, CRM activity) is preferred
