Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement at Fiera Capital responsible for leading the coordination, analysis, and delivery of high-quality investment proposals (RFPs, DDQs, and intermediary questionnaires) across equities, fixed income, and multi-asset solutions; collaborate with investment and capability specialists to articulate approaches in proposals; maintain proposal materials and databases; support content governance; contribute to finalist presentations and client-focused responses to inquiries; require strong writing/editing, analytical, and project management skills in a hybrid Toronto/Montreal work setting with a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Also involved in maintaining accuracy of firm information, developing tools to optimize processes, and contributing to an opportunities tracking dashboard.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an investment management firm, consulting firm, pension plan, or related environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused, collaborative approach
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience developing investment proposals
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or in process is considered an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with third-party databases and proposal tools such as eVestment and Responsive is an asset
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
- Bilingual proficiency (French for Quebec; English for global offices)
