Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Revenue Planning (Project Hire) will assist the domestic revenue forecast process by analyzing large datasets, updating models for actual performance, adjusting forecast assumptions, identifying variance drivers, and supporting ad-hoc analyses. The role maintains the internal revenue KPI database, analyzes operating performance and trends, and helps prepare impactful presentation materials (decks, notes, backup materials) to convey revenue projections, risks, opportunities, and findings to executive leadership. The candidate will collaborate with finance partners to improve forecast and reporting processes and will support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment within Disney Streaming Services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or similar discipline
- 2+ years of finance or strategy experience
- Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills (MS Excel)
- Ability to build models from scratch
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in teams, both within the group and with other business units
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
- Familiarity with working in or with large organizations is a plus
