Job Summary
Design and execute data-driven demand and replenishment strategies aligned with sales performance, GMROI, and inventory targets for Lowe's BDT. Manage high-volume seasonal demand curves, build pre-season inventory ramps, and orchestrate end-of-season exit strategies while monitoring Weeks of Supply and directing inventory movement for weather-driven spikes. Partner directly with Lowe's Inventory Planning and Replenishment teams to align on safety stock strategies and seasonal build schedules, collaborating internally with Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning. Deliver root-cause analysis on core operational KPIs including In-Stock %, Fill Rate, and vendor compliance metrics, resolving order fulfillment bottlenecks and building analytical tools to evaluate SKU-level performance. Lead the Ready for Season process, managing end-to-end execution for seasonal resets, new product introductions, and item master setups to ensure flawless on-time execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
- Progressive experience in replenishment planning, demand planning, or inventory control within a CPG manufacturer or retail environment
- Seasonal Supply Chain Expertise: Proven track record managing highly seasonal product categories, weather-impacted inventory builds, or peak-season promotional surges in big-box retail
- Direct experience supporting or working within Lowe's supply chain operations or large-format home improvement / mass retailers
- Advanced Excel Capabilities: High proficiency in complex financial/data modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and automated reporting
- ERP & Analytics Systems: Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) and retail analytics/POS platforms (e.g., Lowe's Vendor Gateway, POS data aggregators)
- Working familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks or SQL/Access database management for large dataset analysis

- Direct experience supporting or working within Lowe's supply chain operations or large-format home improvement / mass retailers preferred
