Senior Analyst, Record to Report

Manage the Cost & Controlling and Management Reporting teams by ensuring accurate, complete, and timely execution of daily activities, including cost reconciliation, SAP adjustments, and financial report preparation. Supervise analysts to meet reporting deadlines, resolve complex queries from Business Groups, and address compliance audit issues while maintaining adherence to RGE policies and SLAs. Monitor resource utilization, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate knowledge transfer through training and mentorship to improve team skills and process flow times. Coordinate helpdesk tickets and communicate regularly with direct reports to ensure balanced workloads and continuous improvement across the function.
