Job Summary
Execute and review balance sheet reconciliations in alignment with COE standards, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policy. Identify, track, and drive resolution of reconciling items by applying risk-based review principles and challenging unsupported balances prior to certification. Partner with onshore and offshore teams to reinforce quality standards, manage day-to-day expectations, and ensure timely output across distributed groups. Support internal and external audit requests, maintain adherence to SOX controls, and contribute to automation initiatives and process improvement efforts. This role closes on 08/22/2026.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations experience
- Experience performing or reviewing balance sheet reconciliations in a controlled environment
- Knowledge of SOX controls and financial reporting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or progress toward certification
- Experience in a shared services or COE model
- Experience with BlackLine or similar reconciliation platforms
- Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Exposure to process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Strong communication skills with experience working across onshore/offshore teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
