Job Summary
Senior QA Analyst responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Leads end-to-end testing (functional, system, integration, network, and UAT), develops and maintains detailed test plans and scripts, designs automated testing frameworks, identifies and tracks defects with root cause analysis, and contributes to continuous QA process improvements. Collaborates with development, product, and business teams to align test strategies with quality objectives, supports release cycles through regression testing and production readiness, and analyzes test results to provide insights on quality metrics and risks. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of QA experience, strong automation skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or related IT roles
- Proven experience in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management across different testing types
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of application, system, integration, and user acceptance testing within complex technology environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced development environments
- Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and conveying quality-related insights
