Job Summary
Lead execution of program and process assessment and re-engineering by reviewing SOPs, conducting structured staff interviews, and identifying throughput constraints. Develop current-state and future-state program/process maps, including flow diagrams that detail steps, decision points, handoffs, and responsible parties. Support development of baseline metrics and validate future-state designs against cycle-time-reduction targets. Facilitate meetings across the engagement, manage scheduling and logistics, and lead administrative support functions to ensure documentation and cross-task coordination run smoothly. Assist in developing phased implementation roadmaps and identifying roles, responsibilities, and dependencies for project activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in business process assessment, process re-engineering, and/or management consulting
- PMP certification
- Demonstrated experience developing current-state/future-state process maps and flow diagrams
- Strong meeting facilitation and organizational/logistics skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Ability to obtain public trust
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting HHS, its subagencies, or another federal health/regulatory agency
- Experience supporting organizational assessment, program evaluation, or business process improvement engagements
- Working familiarity with FAR/HHSAR administrative and reporting requirements
- Experience coordinating integrated project teams that include subcontractor personnel
