Job Summary
Master project schedules, milestones, and dependencies while maintaining RAID logs and action trackers for the Property portfolio. Produce executive reporting and dashboards, support change control and governance forums, and manage documentation, invoicing, and procurement administration. Track budgets, coordinate financial reporting, and ensure audit readiness across workplace, interim workspace, and relocation initiatives. Maintain stakeholder communications and dependency management for multiple concurrent projects. Requires 8+ years in project coordination or PMO with strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project controls, business operations or portfolio administration
- Bachelor degree in engineering, project management, commerce or related discipline
- Strong project coordination, PMO or project controls capability
- Ability to maintain schedules, milestones, RAID logs, actions and dependency trackers
- Executive reporting, dashboard preparation and documentation control experience
- Financial administration, invoice tracking and procurement support capability
- Strong stakeholder coordination, written communication and meeting management skills
- Ability to work across multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams
- Experience with project management tools, trackers, document repositories and reporting templates
- Familiarity with governance forums, change control, audit readiness and contract administration
- Comfortable preparing concise updates for senior stakeholders
