Job Summary

Support development cost-plus contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) contracts; assist with financial planning (LRP, AOP, working capital, monthly financial performance reporting, and NBI) and program controls such as estimating at complete (EAC) and EVM execution. Collaborate across functional disciplines, applying FP&A concepts, and leverage Excel/PowerPoint for management briefings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years finance/accounting experience, the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance, and U.S. citizenship. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. This onsite role is in Tucson, AZ within RTX’s DoD-focused Naval Shipboard Portfolio, supporting cost controls for cost-plus contracts and Earned Value management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with FP&A concepts
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the security clearance
