Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Procurement and Vendor Management will own end-to-end contract management activities across the organization, including contract lifecycle from intake through negotiation, execution, renewal, and ongoing governance, with responsibility for IT software licensing management, third-party risk management, vendor relationship management, reporting, and sourcing initiatives (RFx). Key duties include overseeing contract intake and routing to Legal, leading weekly contract review meetings, leveraging standard templates to ensure consistency and risk mitigation, coordinating execution approvals and documentation, identifying cost optimization opportunities via alternative vendors and contract renegotiations, tracking milestones and renewals in ProcessUnity, maintaining an up-to-date procurement/vendor activity register, delivering weekly activity reports, supporting vendor negotiations for software and services, managing IT software licensing inventories and entitlements, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with Finance and IT. The role also supports TPRM requirements, ensures compliance with licensing agreements, and participates in RFx processes from initiation through to selection, with a focus on achieving optimal commercial outcomes within regulated environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to design and document process workflows and define, track, and report on KPIs to drive operational efficiency
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business units, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
  • Experience with procurement and risk platforms and RFx processes
  • Ability to coordinate contract lifecycle activities from intake to renewal and governance
