Job Summary
Coordinate the settlement of private loan investments, manage capital calls and liquidity monitoring, and allocate loans to relevant funds per policy. Monitor data quality to ensure timely bookings, assist in ad-hoc report production, and support day-to-day operations of the private debt platform. Work closely with financial institutions, external loan managers, and custodians to coordinate transactions for accurate completion. This role involves hybrid work across StepStone offices and requires strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 – 4 years work experience
- Bachelor's degree

- Proven middle office/investment operations experience
- Experience closing time sensitive transactions

- Middle office/investment operations experience in an asset manager
- Focus on the closing of time sensitive transactions in collaboration with internal and external partners

- Experience with Private Debt asset class
