Job Summary
Establish and enhance key client metrics for Cboe Futures Sales & Coverage teams while monitoring customer trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to ensure pricing competitiveness. Evaluate client trading patterns to measure market share and profitability impacts, then develop adaptive responses and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. Manage internal pricing change processes, coordinate cross-functional execution, and support sales, account coverage, and business leaders with ad hoc analyses, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting. Assist with Futures Product initiatives and prepare clients for meetings. This role requires a four-day in-office schedule at Cboe HQ in Chicago's Old Post Office district.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of analyst experience relating to Futures pricing and/or market structure
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, financial engineering, data science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise in data modeling, statistics, and analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python and business intelligence tools (e.g., Sigma)
- Proven ability to integrate and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to convey complex technical analysis clearly to business audiences and senior leadership
- Innovative problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and develop pragmatic solutions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
- Four day in office work model
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
