Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Premium Billing role focused on developing and implementing analytical efforts to improve operational results across the organization, with responsibilities including financial and operational support for the client and its members. The ideal candidate will extract insights from data and translate them into actionable steps to advance business objectives, working with colleagues and leaders across functions including the client, Account Management, Payment Operations, IT partners, and external vendors. This is a hybrid role with partial on-site presence 3 days per week, located in Scottsdale, AZ; Northbrook, IL; Irving, TX; Hartford, CT; or Woonsocket, RI.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of professional work experience performing financial analysis, or a related role at a PBM, health insurer, or other healthcare company
- 2 or more years of experience using Microsoft Excel including advanced functions (lookups, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field preferred
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
- Time Type Full time
- Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
