Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience handling IT projects with expertise in data analysis and business analytics.
- Experience with SharePoint site creation and content management.
- ITIL expertise and knowledge of service portfolio management.
- Experience designing custom low-code platforms using Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite tools.
- Ability to analyze and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to broker differing views across stakeholder groups.
