Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Policies & Controls to support strategies for accounting controls and process efficiencies. Responsibilities include developing documentation for critical accounting processes, assisting with internal and external audits, analyzing data for continuous monitoring of key financial and operational controls, monitoring month-end accounting and reporting processes, and collaborating with Corporate Financial Reporting, Shared Services Accounting, FP&A, and operations management to implement strong internal controls and compliant policies. Requires ability to build relationships across the enterprise, facilitate change, communicate findings clearly, and work independently to deliver actionable financial insights; travel up to 20% as needed; experience with GL, BPC, and financial systems is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Information Technology
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience focused on process design, business analytics, report development, controls implementation and monitoring, policy development and financial modeling
- CPA, CIA, or CISA designation is a plus (preferred)
