Job Summary
Lead process optimization initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, conducting workshops for business process reengineering, and performing moderately complex audits of internal processes for compliance. Analyze data to contextualize objectives, document procedures, and draft reports with practical cross-functional solutions for transactional and strategic issues. Facilitate process mapping, provide training on improvement tools, and present results to clients and executives. Support standardization of terminology across departments and monitor emerging risks to recommend solutions. Collaborate with business teams to resolve process-related issues while maintaining confidentiality and building strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Six Sigma BLACK Belt certification
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Full English language proficiency
- Willingness to travel
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering, IT, or Business degree
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, 5S, and Theory of Constraints
- Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and basic statistical analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Strong analytical and questioning skills to understand client needs and priorities
- Strong representation and ambassadorship for Qualfon
