Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Perception Analytics & Insights responsible for driving advanced analytics across structured and unstructured data (clinical data, publications, digital signals) to generate high-impact insights. Partners with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable analytics, leveraging AI-enabled approaches (LLMs, retrieval-augmented insights, thematic synthesis) and predictive modeling. Develops knowledge-grounded querying and narrative outputs, shapes semantic layers and taxonomies, and delivers clear, executive-ready visuals and storytelling to inform decisions. Requires strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Databricks/Spark, and ability to operate across technical and non-technical audiences. Role emphasizes collaboration with data engineering, AI-enabled analytics, and robust evaluation to mitigate bias and ensure reliable insights.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred in life/physical sciences, applied sciences (computer science, mathematics, data science), or engineering
- 3-5 years career experience in data analytics
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with large datasets on platforms like Databricks/Spark
- Experience applying AI/ML, NLP, and text analytics to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for diverse stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights and visuals
