Job Summary
Senior Analyst role focused on Workday HCM end-to-end ownership, including business processes, domain security, and integrations, with a emphasis on automation and AI-first solutions. You will drive release planning, stay ahead of new Workday features, and drive adoption across People, Finance, Legal, and IT. You’ll partner to translate business requirements into scoped, implementable Workday configurations and oversee delivery, while supporting compensation planning, Workday Absence, and Workday Benefits configuration on an ongoing basis. You’ll need a strong, cross-functional communication ability to explain tradeoffs to HR business partners and engineers, and a track record of delivering production Workday solutions in a system-agnostic, end-to-end fashion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration
- Built business processes, configured security, written reports, and shipped production solutions
- System-agnostic approach
- Strong understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, compensation, performance, terminations, international employment, position management)
- Strong project management instincts
- Comfortable with ambiguity and strong communication skills
- Bonus familiarity with Deel, Greenhouse, Workato, or Databricks
