Job Summary

Drive strategic priorities and operational efficiency for the People Team by managing projects, designing talent programs, and executing workforce analytics initiatives. Support the development of talent management processes including leadership pipelines, performance management, and inclusive leadership practices while building trusted relationships with organizational stakeholders. Act as a Cultural Ambassador to ensure firm values are reflected in policies and programs, providing decision-making insights through workforce reporting and employee engagement data. Operate with urgency and flexibility to handle ambiguity, maintaining meticulous organization and discretion when managing sensitive information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • analytical and strategic mindset
  • skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
