Job Summary
Senior Analyst, People Analytics responsible for deriving and presenting insights from human capital data to HR leadership and business stakeholders. Responsible for data-driven analytics initiatives, data governance, surveys across the employee lifecycle, data retrieval from systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake), and storytelling through reports and presentations. Must mentor analysts, lead analytics projects, partner with senior leaders, and translate complex analytics into actionable insights. Background in economics/computer science/IO psychology/statistics/data analytics/HR management with 3-5 years of experience, and strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools, dashboards, SQL, and familiarity with Workday/Greenhouse/Snowflake/Tableau, plus experience with employee surveys and data governance. The role offers full-time US benefits and a base salary range of $130,000-$145,000 with potential bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive people analytics experience
- Relevant degree in Economics, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Expert proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Forms; advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, Snowflake, and Tableau, or the proven ability to learn and master new systems quickly
- Working knowledge of employee listening survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, WorkTango)
