Job Summary
Collect, integrate, and analyze data from patient support programs, self-pay channels, pharmacies, and affordability initiatives to identify access barriers, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Transform raw metrics into executive-ready summaries and actionable insights that guide decisions on customer segments, financial pathways, and treatment persistence. Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports while establishing standardized frameworks for visibility into patient journeys and operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Finance, and IT to align data needs and validate findings across vendors and systems. 0-10% overnight travel required. Bachelor's degree with 2+ years applied analytics experience; SQL, Python/R, and LAAD knowledge preferred. Base compensation range $[ ] to $[ ].
