Job Summary
Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives. Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments while developing communication plans, training materials, and change impact evaluations. Coordinate with global and onshore teams to ensure timely delivery of change artifacts and contribute to internal capability development. Align people, process, and technology change activities for ERP and Workday implementations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. 50% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs
- Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives for technology and ERP implementations, including Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Travel 50%
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
- Consulting or professional services experience
