Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Organizational Change Management focused on AI-enabled workplace and ERP transformations using Microsoft technologies. Lead and deliver change management strategies, assess organizational readiness, facilitate stakeholder engagement, design and deliver training programs to upskill client workforces, and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption and business impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change strategy with business goals and technical delivery. Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to solution design, coach client teams in change management best practices, and travel within North America up to 75% to support client engagements. Proficient in Microsoft tools and familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem; experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and ERP/AI-enabled initiatives is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years in client-facing change management roles
- Experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
- Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%)
- Strong analytical skills with data-informed decision making
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools
- Ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design
- Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments
