Job Summary
Senior Analyst in Order to Cash responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, handling complex collection issues, negotiating payment plans, resolving billing disputes, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Service to ensure timely resolution and accurate communication; prepare and present reports on collection activities and aging trends; ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements; role supports the US team and will operate with US time zones from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; required: Associate's degree in accounting/finance/business administration (or related field), 3-5 years in collections, advanced communication and negotiation skills, fluency in French, proficient in Microsoft Office; plus: Bachelor's degree and Oracle ERP knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in collections or a similar financial role
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills; fluency in French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Operating knowledge of ERP system – Oracle
