Job Summary
Senior Analyst, Operations Planning at ALO focuses on translating business strategy into operational readiness across the Distribution & Logistics network. Responsibilities include transforming sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and product launch plans into capacity and fulfillment requirements; supporting mid- to long-range planning to align demand with storage, labor, and throughput; building scenario models to evaluate trade-offs across service levels and costs; identifying risks and proposing mitigations; and partnering with Channel Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Regional Operations to drive aligned planning. The role also covers peak-season readiness, post-event reviews, and continuous improvements to scalability and automation. Key skills include data-driven modeling, KPI monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, effective communication with executives, and proficiency in Excel with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 5+ years in related fields, and base salary in the $110k-$130k range.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics roles
- Demonstrated experience supporting operational capacity planning, forecasting, or network decision-making
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, or wholesale environments preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and support executive-level discussions
