Job Summary
Develop and refine analytical best practices while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of operational dashboards and their data sources. Analyze operational performance using financial and productivity data to interpret results through statistical analysis and data mining. Provide strategic recommendations on changes and continuity based on thorough research, then design and maintain business solutions to improve performance. Manage process improvement projects according to realistic plans, conduct ad hoc analyses across departments, and maintain databases for weekly and monthly metrics reports. Publish standard reports for Executive Operations and provide guidance to junior analysts. Requires five to eight years of experience with advanced Excel skills, SQL, and PowerBI.
Required Qualifications
- Five to eight years business and/or data analysis experience
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerQuery
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, mathematics or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent required
- Must possess the ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of operational and data structures
- Must possess project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IBM Cognos, MS PowerBI, SQL, and VBA a plus
