Job Summary
Senior Analyst role in Bangalore Brokerage Operations focusing on financial control and ensuring integrity of financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Principal responsibilities include establishing/adjusting variance analysis and control thresholds, escalating material issues, producing periodic analytics and management packs for the Brokerage unit, coordinating internal and external audits, processing and verifying broker/vendor invoices, and reconciling vendor statements. Requires interaction with front-office trading, operations, finance control, and middle-office stakeholders; emphasizes analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability to a changing environment, and proficiency with MS Office, Power BI, and SQL.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry / Asset Servicing
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI & SQL skills
- Good technical skills; ability to produce analytics and manage audits
