Senior Analyst, Multi-housing Capital Markets Research – Central Region

Lead research for JLL's Texas and Midwest multi-housing markets, partnering with regional leaders to analyze liquidity, pricing trends, capital formation, and themes in the Living sector; drive ad hoc data analyses, develop and update market decks and talking points, and collaborate across lines to support pitches, client presentations, and investment decisions. Responsibilities include monitoring development pipelines, tracking major transactions, extracting insights from internal and third-party data, and producing research content for use in client advisory projects and investment committee discussions. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, quantitative skills, and ability to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders are required. This role is on-site in Dallas, TX and does not provide visa sponsorship.
