Senior Analyst, Multi-Asset Indices Product Management

Job Summary
Manage the product development lifecycle for multi-asset indices, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies for new launches and existing suites. Support the development of derivatives overlay strategies and index-linked insurance products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client adoption and address technical inquiries. Contribute to product innovation through index reviews, landscape analysis, and content creation for thought leadership materials including pitch decks and white papers. Work closely with the Research and Design team to define product development strategy while aligning with global initiatives and evolving client needs in insurance, options, and multi-asset investment universes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of experience working in the index industry, structuring desk at a bank, asset management, or related
- Experience with options investment strategies or indices
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with a high level of technical complexity and the ability to explain that complexity to audiences with a wide spectrum of sophistication
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively influence others and gain their consensus when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Progress towards a CFA charter
- Knowledge of financial platforms such as FactSet, Morningstar, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Barra, Axioma, etc.
- Programming skills (Python, R, SQL, VBA, others)
