Senior Analyst-Middle Office Client Service

Job Summary
Administer fund bank accounts by processing payments, managing cash movements, and maintaining proper controls. Execute, validate, and settle client transactions through INDEVAL while performing daily cash and securities reconciliations. Book and confirm portfolio trades, oversee shareholder transactions including subscriptions and redemptions, and monitor daily fund cash balances. Review Net Asset Value calculations, validate pricing and accounting records, and prepare tax payments and operational reports. Support internal and external audits, monitor fund expenses, and collaborate on new fund launches and process improvements. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Mexico City office.
Required Qualifications
- English fluency – spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Two or more years of fund administration or asset management experience
- Experience working with mutual funds and service providers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international securities markets
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative approach to working with internal and external partners
- This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in our Mexico City office
